Shipping

LaBelleGlow.com ships orders anywhere in the world. The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, distance and shipping company (UPS, USPS etc.). To get a shipping estimate, simply go to your shopping cart and click on “Estimate Shipping & Tax".

Orders over $200.00 qualify for free shipping USA ONLY

If an order is returned to us because no one was present at the time of delivery or an undeliverable address , you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

All orders originate from NY.

All orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day. (Example: Orders placed at 1 PM on a Friday, will not ship out until Monday.) We are closed weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. Most orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from your ship date.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship and an additional 5-7 business days for its arrival for in-stock items. In the event that an item is on backorder, please allow additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.

Express Shipping will be shipped within 24 hrs of purchase. Express shipping charges will vary according to weight and location on orders. A notification via email will be sent with the exact shipping amount being charged.

If UPS has made their final attempt to deliver the package, additional shipping charges will be applied for us to resend the package.

There will be an additional fee of $10 if incorrect information was supplied or there are changes to the order once it has been shipped.

International Orders

Most international orders ship via UPS.

We do not accept returns on international orders.

The customer is responsible to pay customs and duties whenever it applies.

If you experience a problem or an error on your order, please contact us by email immediately

Returns: 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to help you find an alternative product that will suit your skin type.

Please note the following return policy details:

Returns: Only unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
 
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items. We will only provide a return shipping label if there is a shipping error or product damage.

Processing Time: Please allow us 7-14 business days to process returns and refunds. We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs or apply discounts from the original order.

Return Authorization: Contact us by email before returning any merchandise. Include your order number to receive a Return Authorization. Returns must have this authorization to be processed.

Packaging: Please ensure that returned items are repacked in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice. We recommend that you request a delivery confirmation receipt for your return shipment.

International Orders: Our return policy does not apply to international orders.
